1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of STCKRS, unless STCKRS explicitly agrees to other conditions in writing. The client cannot derive any rights from any agreed deviations for future transactions.

1.2 Accepting an offer or placing an order implies that you accept the applicability of these terms and conditions.

1.3 Deviations from these terms and conditions can only be made in writing, in which case the remaining provisions remain fully in force.

2.1 All offers from STCKRS are without obligation and STCKRS expressly reserves the right to change prices, especially when this is necessary due to (statutory) regulations.

2.2 An agreement is only concluded after STCKRS has accepted your order. STCKRS is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, STCKRS will communicate this within two (2) working days of receiving the order.

3.1 The stated prices for the offered products and services are in euros, including VAT.

3.2. Unless otherwise agreed, the client must pay the price and other amounts due under the agreement within 14 days of the invoice date, without being able to claim any discount, set-off, or suspension. Payment shall be made by bank or giro transfer. However, payment must be made in cash upon delivery if the client is a natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business. In case of late payment as referred to, the client is in default without any notice of default by the supplier being required.

3.3 For transport within the Netherlands, we charge €8.40 for weights up to 2 kg. The order will be sent with Track & Trace (and insured) via POST.NL.

For an order of at least 20 stickers, STCKRS does not charge shipping costs. For customers from countries other than the Netherlands, the current rates for registered parcel post as stated on POST.NL apply.

4.1 If in stock, we will ship all registered orders within 3 working days of the order date via PostNL to the delivery address specified in the order. If we deviate from this for certain reasons, you will be notified by e-mail. If we do not have your order in stock, the delivery time is 7 - 10 working days. We will have the order delivered by PostNL. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can pick up the package at the nearest post office.

4.2 Exceeding the agreed delivery times does not entitle the customer to compensation, dissolution of the agreement or non-fulfilment of any obligation that may arise for him from this or from any other related agreement.

4.3 The product must be delivered to the customer no later than 30 days after the order. If this does not happen, the customer can immediately cancel the purchase. This does not apply if the parties have agreed on a different delivery period.

5.1 We do our utmost to deliver a perfect product. Therefore, stickers cannot be returned once the backing paper has been removed. If the ordered item shows defects, you can contact STCKRS within 14 working days after receipt of the order, after which this right expires. Clearly state the extent and nature of the defect. Replacement of the product can only take place in consultation with STCKRS. If the packaging arrived damaged, you should carefully examine the contents. In case of damage, we ask you not to use it but to contact us.

5.2 All transferred stickers should be processed as soon as possible after receipt. The stickers do not have an unlimited shelf life; as the stickers age, they become more difficult to process.

5.3 STCKRS does not provide a guarantee on the adhesion of the stickers because STCKRS cannot determine in advance whether your surface is clean, dry, and dust-free. STCKRS cannot therefore be held liable.

6.1 No rights can be derived from any designs by STCKRS. Ordered stickers are made based on the design of STCKRS.

6.2 Any liability of STCKRS and of the personnel and products of STCKRS for all damage, of any nature whatsoever, direct or indirect, including business damage, consequential damage, damage to movable or immovable property or to persons, is expressly excluded. ZoeyZo Kids Concept is also not liable for damage caused by third parties during the execution of the agreement.

6.3 STCKRS accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of STCKRS products.

6.4 Any liability of STCKRS towards the buyer is in any case limited to a maximum of the invoice amount that the buyer owes STCKRS under the relevant agreement.

6.5 STCKRS is not liable for misunderstandings, distortions, delays or improper transmission of orders and communications resulting from the use of the Internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between the customer and STCKRS, or between STCKRS and third parties, insofar as they relate to the relationship between the customer and STCKRS, unless and insofar as there may be intent or gross negligence on the part of STCKRS.

6.6 The STCKRS sticker does not make the play kitchen defective in any way. The play kitchen is not a STCKRS product and STCKRS accepts no liability for the functionality or safety of the play kitchen. It is the consumer's responsibility to read and observe the assembly instructions before using the play kitchen.

7.1 In cases of force majeure, STCKRS has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of your order or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by providing written notice and without STCKRS being liable for any damages, unless this would be unacceptable under the given circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.

7.2 Force majeure is understood to mean any shortcoming that cannot be attributed to STCKRS because it is not due to its fault and is not for its account by virtue of law, legal act, or generally accepted views.

8.1 All personal data will be used exclusively for the processing of the order.

9.1 If you provide STCKRS with an address in writing, STCKRS is entitled to send all orders to that address, unless you provide STCKRS with another address in writing to which your orders should be sent.

9.2 If STCKRS has allowed deviations from these Terms and Conditions, whether tacitly or not, for a short or long period, this does not affect its right to demand immediate and strict compliance with these Terms and Conditions. You can never assert any right based on the fact that STCKRS applies these Terms and Conditions flexibly.

9.3 If one or more of the provisions of these terms and conditions or any other agreement with STCKRS should conflict with any applicable legal provision, the provision in question will lapse and will be replaced by a new legally permissible comparable provision to be determined by STCKRS.

9.4 STCKRS is authorized to use third parties in the execution of your order(s).

9.5 Safe Shopping Guarantee: We guarantee you a safe and reliable handling of your order, fast delivery within three working days with extensive checks before shipment.

10.1 Photos and images published by STCKRS may not be used by third parties without STCKRS's permission. Before using photos/images/videos from STCKRS, you must first request permission.

10.2. STCKRS stickers may not be offered under your own brand name. When STCKRS stickers are sold by third parties, the brand name STCKRS must be mentioned.
